Coupe Set

Expand the Pacojet’s unique ability to puree foodstuffs in a frozen state to include the processing of fresh/non-frozen raw material as well.

 

The Coupe set attachments enable the Pacojet to be used as a cutter, mincer, mixer, blender or whipper to process foodstuffs in their fresh state without having to freeze them first. Fish, meat, herbs, fruits, vegetables and spices or cream, egg whites, milk etc. are simply filled into a Pacojet-beaker (if desired, together with other ingredients and seasoning) and processed directly using the appropriate attachment for the texture desired.

The Coupe Set includes

Coupe Tool 1A sharp, 2-blade cutter to cut/mince meat or fish (for tartar, fresh farces, coarse stuffing). Functions like a grinder but without generating heat due to friction. Also use to chop vegetables, herbs, fruit, nuts, etc.
Coupe tool 2A sharp, 4-blade cutter for fine-textured, fish or meat farces (for terrines, spreads) and mousses/purees (for sauces, toppings, herb oils, herb butter etc.)
Coupe tool 3A whipping disc for non-frozen desserts. To whip cream, stiff egg whites, foam milk, mix drinks/shakes etc.
Coupe tool 4Cutter tongs a tool used to safely attach the sharp rotary cutters (A and B) to the magnetic end of the Pacojet's shaft.

the 3 attachments can cut, chop, grind, puree, mix, blend, foam or whip a large variety of fresh,raw or cooked meats, fish, herbs, fruits, vegetables, spices, nuts or dairy products. Processing is fully automatic and takes just 60 seconds to turn 2 lbs. of fresh beef, salmon tuna or shrimp into a fine tartare. Other ingredients such as herbs, spices and seasoning can be added to the Pacojet beaker at the same time to produce a high quality end-product that's ready to serve.
